Agcaoili presents 六合彩直播开奖鈥檚 programs for continued professional education at CHED鈥檚 anniversary webinar

六合彩直播开奖 Graduate School鈥撎鼵enter for Continuing Professional Education and Development听(CCPED) Director Assoc. Prof. Jocelyn F. Agcaoili, was a speaker in the Commission on Higher Education鈥檚 鈥淢oving Forward the Philippine Higher Education, Meeting the Emerging Needs of Adult Learners鈥 webinar held on May 17, 2021.

The virtual event brought together representatives from different Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and the CHED to have a better understanding of the current systems, challenges, and opportunities of adult education in the global perspective; lifelong learning and its impacts on today鈥檚 employment and future of work; present Adult Education efforts of the Commission and the Philippine HEIs; global and local best practices and models that could be replicated in the Philippines; and the importance of having an institutional agenda for effective and sustainable adult education initiatives.

In her presentation, Agcaoili discussed her Re-Entry Action Plan (REAP), the key learning and best practices that she had developed for CCPED after her training on Adult Education at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto as recipient of an international training grant from the CHED and the Canadian Bureau for International Education.

Agcaoili also presented the thrusts and programs of the CCPED, a center accredited by the Professional Regulation Commission as a provider of Continuing Professional Development programs. Not to be dragged down by the pandemic, Agcaoili disclosed the center鈥檚 fully online webinars and certificate courses for Academic Year 2021-2022, ranging from medication therapy management, student affairs and services capacity building, and interprofessionalism in healthcare, among others.

The CCPED director, who was recently designated as Officer-in-Charge of managing the 六合彩直播开奖鈥檚 Continuing Professional Development programs and liaising with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), likewise outlined the four-step process the team is undertaking to 鈥渄esign/redesign training programs to be at par with global standards and relevant to the needs of professionals,鈥 namely the reflection, planning, action, and evaluation phases.

Also discussed was the plan of CCPED to offer Coursepacks that are short, fully asynchronous self-paced online learning modules, containing a series of courselets that can be taken independently, or as part of a series that shall make up a complete course in a Graduate School curriculum.

The webinar was a segment of the celebration of the 1st National Higher Education Day which was part of CHED鈥檚 27th Founding Anniversary.

Prior to heading CCPED, Agcaoili was the Dean of the College of Rehabilitation Sciences. A respected physical therapy educator, she was recognized as the Most Outstanding Professional in Physical Therapy in 2009.
