Mr. Earl Eno Cano was awarded for 鈥淏est Oral Qualitative Research Presentation,鈥� while Mr. Jiovanni Diaz and Mr. Benjie Clemente were feted with the 鈥淏est Oral Quantitative Research Presentation鈥� award for their study entitled 鈥淏arriers on the uptake of voluntary HIV counseling and testing among the high-risk population in the National Capital Region鈥�.
