Ballelos, Jena Andrea P. Hayao, Hinano Q. Mizuno, Lea Grace S. So, Adrielle Kyle G. Tirado, co-authored by their adviser Mr. Karl R. Baroro.

After a double-blind review by experts in the field of tourism and hospitality, the faculty research paper, 鈥淎 Preliminary Study on Productivity Investments in Tourism Security of a Multi-Islands Province: Analytics Approach for Holiday Destination Holistic Strategy for Community-Based Tourism Model of Romblon, The Philippines,鈥� got the top spot among the 45 papers across the country. Meanwhile, 鈥淐ustomer Perception and Purchase Intention on Alamid Coffee: A Marketing Analysis鈥� and 鈥淧opular Culture Tourism in South Korea and Japan: A Case Study on Their Influences on the Travel Motivation of Filipino Generation Zs鈥� qualified for the Best Research Paper – Undergraduate Category and ranked Top three and five respectively among 62 papers across the country.

In the context of some sectors鈥� clamor to change the Philippines鈥� form of government from unitary to federal, federalism has gained interest and growing momentum in the consciousness on many Filipinos. In this regard, Martin provided arguments to the possible advantages and disadvantage of the government鈥檚 shift to federalism. He likewise provided possible scenarios and organizational restructuring in case the shift pushes through.

He is the nationally elected president of the Association of Schools of Public Administration in the Philippines based at the University of the Philippines 鈥� National College of Public Administration and Governance.
