Felino Palafox Jr., a world-renowned Architect and Urban Planner.
The panel of reactors will be sculptor Mr. Wilfredo Layug, singer and actor Mr. Jose Herrera, and Europe-based guidance counselor Ms. Maria Klara Giannotti.
